The workshop lets us produce bespoke furniture, prepare the pieces and coordinate manufacturing with the installation team.

Station 1
Board cutting
Cutting list and material cutting to make the furniture components. Every part comes out with its own size and its place in the whole.

CNC machining
Preparation and machining of parts based on the project’s technical work: drill holes, rebates and hardware recesses come from the same file the parts were drawn in.

Edge banding and fitting
Edge finishing, assembly and preparation of the parts for site. This is where we take care over the edges and joints that are later seen in the shop.

On site
Installation and checking
We take the pieces to site, carry out the installation and check the fit and function. Installation connects the project with the way the space is actually used.

Pieces designed for their final location
Our installation experience now guides the decisions we make in the workshop: we prepare each piece thinking about how it will get in, fit and work on site.
